1 /5 Brian Lusk: Didnt provide fiduciary duty, didnt deliver transparency that was provided to him, billed for services he didnt perform, did not hold himself accountable of his own advice to me, nor keep his commitment to our verbal agreement which was his advice, took advantage of me while I was in a bad place and down on my luck. He referred to the defendants attorney as a "nobody" yet he let that attorney threaten both Dana and myself and then just stopped working on it all together and not responding to me for more than a week after I waited an entire month for an update, we he finally did respond he said another week before he can respond to me because he is preparing for a case.
