5 /5 V K: We have banked here for over 15 years! They are the nicest people at every location!!! I have been in many of their locations and everyone one of them greet you when you walk in the door. Of course I am partial to the one I use all the time on Barclay. It is a pleasure bank with them!!!!

5 /5 Kristie Reynolds: My dad and I were given such incredible service from this Truis branch, Desi D. in particular. My dad had recently broken his hip and femur, making getting in and out of the car difficult. Desi D. came out to the car to assist my father with his banking needs. I was astonished. We were treated with such professionalism, respect, and care. This was outstanding service. Desi D. - I do hope you read this review. I want to say thank you. Desi D. treated my dad with such caring; Desi D. went above and beyond her scope of service that day. Thank you for your professionalism and for taking the time to assist a customer in such a way. A way that is not seen enough of lately. Truly, the Truist branch at Barclay and Spring Hill Dr. are first rate branch.

I was originally a BB&T client and ever since the merger with Suntrust things have gone down hill fast! Customer service is quite a disappointment too. I’ll be closing all my accounts and switching to a credit union ASAP.
