1 /5 Jim Freyler: Flashy and modern looking is the only good thing I have to say. Ridiculous policy of requiring identification (and theyre even picky about this) for any cash deposit. Supposedly to stop money laundering. Your $1.00 "money laundering" cash deposit will require an identification check. I use two other banks in town that dont enforce this stupid rule.

1 /5 Zayri Bautista: Drive thru service is always rude. I should know as I go often because it’s what’s nearby. I’m sure I get different tellers each time and each time is the same dirty look and “there you go” like get out of my face attitude. It gets old quick. I would suggest a small customer service training for your new people.
