Last Friday, I was assisted by Bhargavi (“Jigi”), who was exceptionally helpful and professional. She took the time to ask the right questions and provided me with the exact solution I had been struggling to find elsewhere. Her outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills made all the difference. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a bank that genuinely cares about its customers’ needs. 1 /5 Angela Carrasco: Business owners, beware! Truist is not a reputable bank for your financial needs. They nickel and dime you with unnecessary fees, and when I raised concerns, the branch manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. I originally opened my account at the Atlantic Ave location for convenience, but within a month, it was closed. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

1 /5 Dillon Martino: Horrible experience. 1 person working with 10+ people inside. Super long wait. Inconsiderate. The lady working was nice and helpful but GET HER SOME HELP. I was late to something very important to me. Which is not your problem but still. I hate this place and never will come again. Also there was “virtual problems” took forever just to get a check written for someone. I am so mad I will probably just close my accounts and go somewhere else. That was infuriating

1 /5 Sugeilis Gutierrez: There bank teller, Eve, has no customer service skills. Unwilling to help find a solution to one’s issue or even to escalate a situation to her supervisor. The site is left without branch managers or supervisors making the customers travel to another location to get the service that are looking for.
