I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and disrespectful behavior I experienced during my visit to your branch located at 7775 west 33er ave Hialeah Fl 33018 on Oct/21 . My wife and I came in with the intention of opening a second account (savings ). After sitting for over 10 minutes without any assistance—despite there being no other customers present—a bank official Felipe Arieta finally decided to attend to us at this point he already came with an attitude ,
As I began explaining our needs, the bank employee repeatedly cut me off, refusing to let me finish my sentences. I asked him to let me complete my explanation, but instead of listening, he raised his voice, insisting that I needed to listen to him. His tone was confrontational and disrespectful, which only escalated the situation. I felt unnecessarily confronted, and my wife became extremely uncomfortable when the employee stood up aggressively. At that point, we decided to leave.
As we were walking out, the employee shouted, "You dont know who I am! Im the bank manager, and Im not here to let anyone disrespect me." I turned around and informed him that the disrespect came from his side, as I was simply a customer seeking assistance with my banking needs.
This entire experience was shocking and disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position. The aggressive and disrespectful behavior of the bank manager was entirely uncalled for, and it has left me with no desire to return to this branch.
I trust that this serious matter will be addressed, and I hope you take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.
