1 /5 Elise Gilinsky: I’ve ordered three debit cards from them always The promise of them arriving in 5 to 7 business days. One took six weeks, one never arrived, and the latest one I ordered I had sent to the branch and after 11 business days it still hasn’t arrived. I spoke to the manager who did try to help, she could say in the end was that they failed and she has no other options because they don’t track the cards and she couldn’t send it priority. In the end I had to open an account at another bank. I paid $5 for the card to arrive in 2 days.

1 /5 Princess Mo: The worst SunTrust Bank in Florida. Customer service sucks. They’re prejudice based on your skin complexion if you’re gonna be taken care of or not. I walked into the bank and sat there for 47 minutes and was ignored. Not knowing My Husband‘s a baseball player didn’t even look into my account they looked at my skin complexion Close all accounts. I close all four accounts that weekend

3 /5 Tim: I went to this bank and frequented it every week for a good amount of time while working for my job in Vero. During my time I had to bring paper checks to cash. Since my debit card acct I put on payroll direct deposit got exposed and I lost 383.00. Typical run of the mill practices and service protocol. Went inside each time and spoke to 2 clerks. A young man and young lady. One straight ahead in the middle of the counter and one to the right.I always had them hold off on paper work to give me like the receipt etc to save paper. One thing struck me as odd though. The female employee (blonde) I spoke to during one of my transactions I managed to get her name obviously. She had acted easy going and even noticed my attire and we both new of an employee who worked for my company. After returning another time she acted as if that wasnt her name. I have no idea why the change-up of identity but, it struck me as very peculiar in nature. The gentleman seemed totally normal as well and he didnt change up in any manner as I can tell. So I proceeded to do my banking transactions with him since he didnt act out of character so to speak. Thank you.

1 /5 Kyle Waltz: I recently bought a business and opened an account with Suntrust. Opening was very easy. I then deposited $10,000 in checks the beginning of March. They put a hold on the checks (fairly normal for a new account). Then, I went to log in and they had closed my account. They told me they closed the account because they didn’t believe I owned that business (even though they approved me opening the account). It is now the end of March and I’ve yet to get my money back. They have told me that they do not know when I will get my money. This is grand theft and I will be filing a report with the feds.

5 /5 Cobb Sheryl “Sheryl”: I’ve been with Suntrust for 18+ years which is now Truist. I’ve been very please with all of their services over the years. I just had to take out a small loan to replace my a/c and I had the money in a matter of hours. Lorie Webster is great!
