5 /5 Cassie Hoy: Mr. Corey Sullivan helped me close an old checking account and open a new one- 10/10 will continue to utilize Truist and this particular branch for all my banking needs! He was kind and called me a couple times when pending autodrafts made it more complicated to finally close the old account. Grateful for his help figuring all that out!

1 /5 Apple Walden: Kathy is very rude, and she always gets away with it. Its sad. If she does not find pleasure in her job, she should find something that she enjoys doing. Being nasty to people with a smile on her face is still being nasty.

3 /5 David Vong: Went in to transfer money to my friend who is also a Suntrust customer. Karen told me that I she can’t help me with that, laws and regulations doesn’t allow her to transfer money from my account to my friend’s account directly. And I will have to withdraw the money, go to WesternUnion to buy money order and give it to my friend to deposit !?!. Then I asked her to withdraw $10,000, she told me that for that amount, I will have to wait until after Thanksgiving, the maximumI could withdraw is $2,000 ?!? Even Zelle let me to transfer $2000 a day, what is the point to go to a back a withdraw maximum $2000? And why do I have to wait more than a week for $10,000? Doesn’t make sense at all. Fortunately Shannon was able to help me out. She knew what she was doing and was very nice. Without her help I could have closed my account today.

1 /5 Magon Platt: Absolutely the worst customer service! Ive disliked this branch since 2 years ago and today was the icing on the cake. Ive been a customer of SunTrust since this location first opened in Fernandina. I was thrilled when they opened another location in Yulee. When Truist bought SunTrust they closed the Yulee location and now were forced to do business with them. Today, September 28th, 2022 at 1:54p.m. we are currently under a hurricane warning. Today most businesses are open as usual, with most preparing to be closed Thursday, Friday and possibly Saturday. We tried to call this location a few hours before driving to see what their plans were. No one answered, so we drove because we are a business and with a storm you want to make any necessary deposits before COB. We drive all the way out there to find a sign on the door that says "Due to issues behind our control we are closed". Very unprofessional. A notification from the bank, outgoing message or at least keep drive thru open would have been appreciated. Now we have no access for possibly 3 days?
