1 /5 Ida Li: Please be aware of this law firm!!!!!!! I needed help on my mothers green card application. At the beginning the attorney sounded very positive and professional on face time. When is time to collect the payment, they were extremely efficient on email and calls. After the payment processed, both him and his assistant were either too busy, on trip, in court or now has covid every time when I called, he came up with different excuses. Numinous times I have to called and ask for an update. Will take them days to call me back and kept telling me will reach out by certain day but never kept their promise. I am truly disappointed and angry because my blood sweat money went to their account but yet they provide absolutely 0 service. I question their professionalism as an immigrant attorney and the law firm. They are supposed to help American to reunite with their family. It has been a year now; I have had enough. I sent them a nasty email and guess what they reached out right away. Hardam was extremely rude to me on the phone; he lied while his assistant also on the phone said they have been working really hard for this case which is absolutely not true. I said I want a refund and do not wish to work with such unprofessional attorney. He wished me good luck then hang up. I am writing this and wish no one had to experience what I have to go through. Do not waste your money!!!!!!
