Dennis I have had a Business Line of Credit with Idea Financial for just under a year now. My company was up for annual renewal in a couple of months. Suncoast DreamTeam If I could leave a 0 I would!!! My business partner and I were in the building meeting a client and were not aware that each suite had reserved parking, we thought the lot was reserved for the building itself. So we leave and a car had purposely blocked one of our cars in. Parked in the middle of the lot. We went to the suite to be greeted with an extremely rude receptionist and some guy in shorts and a t-shirt. First sign of unprofessionalism. They were both extremely rude and gave us an unbelievable attitude. She simply could have parked in the other spot for their office and left a note or could have been more understanding of the mistake... especially for guests of the building. For a financial office thats supposed to be professional and want peoples business, it was very disappointing. Out of the hundreds of clients of ours and we will tell our work colleagues about the experience as well...we will never refer 1!!!! That could have been handled much more professionally.

Joy Thomas I went into vystar not expecting to come out completely feeling different. Teller Mary Norwood helped me and how helpful and professional she was was excellent but for me she made me feel very comfortable to talk and interact with. Go see her and tell her Joy sent you.
