Totally not what youd expect from (really most people) but especially busy lawyers/law firm but they keep you included in every step of the way. They dont just make it all about the business. They go out of their way to make you feel included and keep you informed. Not only can I call or text anytime but they do updates on their sites AND video updates, regularly! Every interaction Ive had, theyre so kind and down to earth and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they actually care about the people theyre fighting for.
