We were in a bad place after a DUI and some other troubles and Mr. Penton took control of everything, told us exactly what to do and got us out of jail, and continues to help us to this day. He knew exactly how to handle everything and always communicated well with us and the court system. He even answered our calls late at night when we were worried. Mr. Penton fought my case long and hard, going from any angle he could to get me the best deal possible. He was able to get the drug charge dropped for me which was my main worry. He truly made sure I was taken care of every single step of the way and was informed every step of the way, even when I had to move back home from Fl for health reasons, 15 hours away. He asked what we were there for and freely gave us advice on our case. When leaving we stopped to thank him. There were about four other lawyers around him asking questions. We said our thanks and was told my the other lawyers that he was the lawyer of the lawyers. I have gone to him since and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend him, and give his name out often.
