I was going through a very stressful situation involving my job, they were coming after me unfairly, and I truly didn’t know where to turn. A battery case that was being dragged for a year and a half, once Mr spellacy took over, he was able to take the confusion and dissect truth from lies. 5 /5 Eric Rich: Mr Spellacy is hands down the the best defense attorney in the State of Florida. I wouldnt say that if it werent true. Having to deal with legal issues with little to no money, most lawyers dont even want to waste their time with that "free consult" they always offer. Ive talked to literally dozens of lawyers all over Florida. Many are willing to work with you on payments but charge half or more down on astronomical rates. If youve ever had to call an attorney then you already know. You also already know that public defenders are just as likely to work against you as they are to help you. They dont care if you lose, they get paid either way. Theyre more concerned about their working relationship with their prosecutor coworkers. Mr Spellacy worked with me on payments and even the total price. I couldnt be happier with the financial arrangements. As for the work he does, he invests not only his time but his honest caring effort to give his clients the defense they deserve! He will tell you himself that he could never be a prosecutor because hes seen first hand so many occasions that someone he knows isnt guilty is forced into no other option but to get steam rolled by the full power of the State. He cant and wont be the instrument of that machine. He does his very best to keep that from happening to his clients. You cant really ask for more than that! On a personal note, Ive become very familiar with just how corrupt our "justice" system is and I only wish there were more warriors like John Spellacy to fight for whats right. After hundreds of conversations with the people in "the system" I have determined without doubt that 99% dont care at all about whats right and of the 1% that do, most of them have given up the idea of being able to do anything about it. Now I could not leave this review in good conscience without saying that Superman has a Lois Lane. In this case her name is Amy Fiorenza. She is your main point of contact and she is the one who makes the heroism possible. She does all the work behind the scenes that people always take for granted. I know first hand that she works around the clock to help her clients, often putting important parts of her own life on hold because she knows someone elses life depends on her work. Amy takes her work as seriously as a heart attack and its my hope that everyone lucky enough to have her help knows and appreciates that as much as they should!

I would like to begin saying, “Thank-You” to the Attorney John A Spellacy because he never gave up in my son. Before he represented my son, there were two attorneys that were representing my son with no success. Once John took over the case he was always transparent and involved in my son’s case. He always kept me well informed of the judicial process and trial dates. He never gave up and was able to workout a good deal for my son. All the hard work and effort really made a difference. I thank God for such a passionate attorney. I pray for his health for him to be able to represent those that have lost faith in the judicial system. He is the hope for those that need a second chance to redeem themselves and integrate themselves once again in society.
