To cover these legal fees, I even had to sell a car. Since then, Ive faced immense frustration and disappointment. Mr. Burns and his staff have been completely unresponsive—ignoring my emails and phone calls time and time again. I feel that he has taken advantage of single mothers striving to care for their children, and I believe his behavior is unethical. I intend to report him to the Florida Bar and strongly advise against anyone hiring him as an attorney.

2 /5 Franklin Harvey Jr: I hate to say it but after a initial positive interaction with him and his office, things took a turn about 10 months after them representing me when I had to PCS to a new state. Communication was not great and when it came to the first hearing to relocate and get my kids, documents werent filed like they shouldve been and Mr. Burns at the hearing blamed me instead of taking accountability for his and his office mistakes. As a result, the hearing was then delayed. I unfortunately had to fire them because of this and I hired Stephen Holman. Ive already seen a night and day difference as far as communication and the filing process. In working with Mr. Holman, I see that there were a ton of documents that were not filed by Mr. Burns that had to be filed. Again, I hate to say it, but Im glad I am no longer with Mr. Burns, because this is my life and my kids lives. I need this done right and with the guardian ad litem suggesting to the judge that my kids should be with me, I cant let this fumble because Ts arent crossed and Is arent dotted. Mr Holman and his office is doing all the right things to make sure this is not fumbled.
