Communication and clarity were concerns in the beginning, and I initially didn’t feel fully supported during a critical point in the bankruptcy process. However, things turned around during our second meeting with Attorney Shawn DeVries. He showed up, represented us properly, and helped bring a much-needed sense of direction and reassurance to the situation. A big part of the success of this experience is owed to Bona, the paralegal. He was consistent, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. His attention to detail and willingness to follow through made a major difference. Now that our bankruptcy has officially been approved for discharge, I can say that while the journey had its bumps, the firm ultimately came through for us. 5 /5 Happy One: I want to say thank you to Monica, Bona, and Shawn. I really appreciate this whole team. I made up my mind to file bankruptcy Dec of 2024. Filed in May and discharged end of July. I had the pleasure of talking to Monica who made me feel so at ease. She didnt make me feel bad about the decision I was making. Bona is who I communicated with the most. Omg did he make this process easy. Every question I had he answered back quickly. I never got to actually speak with Shawn but he represented me and I am so freaking thankful!!! Seriously!
