Jamess knowledge of zoning law and board procedure is amazing. A board member questioned his knowledge of the law and James calmly and politely answered the question in detail. At the end of the day, James successfully got our plans approved. He politely dealt with an obstinate board while holding them to the law. He does not hesitate becoming assertive when necessary. We hope that we never need his services again, but if we do, we won’t hesitate to call on him.
