Bobby Do and Connector Carol Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and hed help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldnt have been better.

My Dad and I went to the Sarasota branch for help with an unauthorized charge from someone trying to take advantage of a senior citizen.Yadiel was so very helpful in resolving our issue and really took a lot of stress off of our plate ! I feel like a made a friend not just parterned with a financail adviser. JUST TO BE CLEAR!!! I did try to contact a different company before coming to the Holland Group, so I was a little scepitical. I made the mistake of contacted another company fist and after meeting with a representative of that conmpany in person... I was going to move forward but had some questions. So, we set up a second meeting, the Guy from this company called to cancel the day of the meeting. So, we recheduled a zoom meeting, on the day of the zoom meeting.... I still didnt recieve the link so I called and he appologized and rescheduled the zoom but missed that one too. So, I called him and left a message and said that... I did not want to do business him and calle the Holland Group. The Holland Group is the best decision for your financial future. We are at the begining of our journey with the holland group and will leave a follow up review in a year from now.
