1 /5 Scott Gilman: Im extremely disappointed in Space Coast. When I opened the savings account they told me there were "no fees". I left the money there knowing it would get a little interest and I would have it if I needed it. Its been a little over 4 years since I looked at it. I trusted them. I logged in today and see that they started charging me a fee for leaving my money there without using it. No notice, just started charging me. And since its an online account they did nothing to try to let me know. When I called in and asked them if they could reverse it, they told me it was required by law. Couldnt be reversed. So I looked. From everything I can see in the regs, both state and federal, that is not true. Now I have 2 choices. Close the account or remember to do a transaction every year or so. Want to guess which it will be?

5 /5 C E: I absolutely love space coast credit union. I switch over to them last year and have had the best experience. I walked in yesterday needing some help with accounts I messed up. Debbie Larson stepped in and helped me. She had such a positive attitude and took care of me. Also Becky up at the front helped us as well. 5 /5 Tom S: Melissa the customer service rep/teller at the Titusville branch on SR50 helped me finish my paperwork for my personal loan. She walked me through the steps and helped me attach the needed documents. Even put me back in contact with approval team over the phone!! She was very patient and super friendly. SCCU should be proud to have someone like her representing their financial institution!! She goes above and beyond!!

2 /5 Liz: Absolute worst online experience of any bank since 1995. Their site is unusable on a mobile device or tablet, and very slow and poorly designed on a computer. Its a major pain to make payments. The interface clearly has not been updated in 20 years. Im counting down until I can refinance my car loan to a better bank.
