1 /5 Martinendia Voltaire: It’s been over a month now. I’ve been trying to get a replacement of my card. First time I waited 2 weeks; nothing. Second time ; here I am 2 weeks later, STILL… nothing. I went as far having the post office hold my mails for me so there wouldn’t be any hiccups on someone else grabbing it out of the mail box. But, I’m not sure what it is… The post office is stating they have not received anything regarding that. (I got every other mails but not my SS CARD) I am on the phone with the office now and she’s telling me; they’ve never even sent anything out the 2nd time. I hope I can get some sort of resolution because it’s holding me up from getting jobs. (I guess NOW … after 1+ months, I’m having to wait another 10 days!) I don’t know why Key West is so slow at everything. When I requested for my replacement in Fort MYERS I LITERALLY got my card within 5 days. But Key West? Nope they’re stretching on 2 months with 3 attempts. Go figure! Thanks for assistance - after the call. (Let’s see if I actually get it in 10 days!)

I spoke to someone (I believe - Ms Turner; who assured me this would be fixed and they had "supposedly" took care of it on 05/13/2024) I left it at that and waited for the expected date to have received it; date expected to receive (after not receiving from the month and 2 weeks as stated from previous review): Date expected 05/27/2024 (letter attached)
It is today June 3rd of 2024: NO SOCIAL SECURITY CARD.
And of course after speaking to someone today (06-03-2024) she hung up on my face.
Thanks. I am at the office for the 4th time and she said they can only just "reorder" ok? We have been reordering for 2 months. Whats the next solution to me actually RECEIVING IT. She tried to blame my postal carrier and thats BULLSHXT if the 2nd attempt of sending my card was never successfully processed on SSA office to begin with; per - Ms. Turner. (Letter is also attached!)
Whats the problem WITH ME? Thats my REAL question! Whats the f* is the issue with me getting THE SAME FAIR treatments like everybody else does. They cant come direct so they use their administration to put holds, delay and create blockages. Its sick but of course, Im going to keep attempting to get my LEGAL DOCUMENTS.
So: After my previous review above; I actually did go in- AGAIN. I got to speak to Ms. White. She turned out very helpful although she felt and told me I was being argumentative and I told her she shouldnt take my key points of issues as an argument but legit concerns as to why were having issues recieving such an important document - like my social security card. That is very important and should raise concerns because I dont need anyone playing games with my identification legal documents to be coming from the administration thats SUPPOSED to help me secure it. Ok, so, Mrs. Turner came through and assisted Ms. White and (another try) of a resolution came up where theyve set it to be mailed to Mrs. Turner and Mrs. Turner will contact me when she receives it - for me. (THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!) Now? Well wait another 2 weeks in which would cause this to run for 2 months and half of a month. Thats buzzard but with the support of Ms. Turner creating another route towards (hopefully) resolution I am more comfortable to say; itll be worth it to (trust) waiting ... THIS TIME (for a 4th time) and for GOD SAKE hopefully, A LAST TIME. Thank you Ms. Turner and Thank you Ms. White (Im not arguing, Im not about to play these games of blockages. I dont care if Im only a legal residence of this country. I AM RAISING BORN AMERICANS and deserves to set the example on NOT TO BE PLAYED WITH!)
