5 /5 J Stil: I was struck by a speeding semi truck and was fortunate to have had the Smith family in my corner. They are a family firm and their diligence and care for their clients makes this evident. The Smiths were by my side while I was in recovery, provided the research and hardball tactics to hold parties accountable, and everything that they projected came true in an incredibly efficient manner. I was made whole again: all of my medical bills were covered (traumatic brain injury, collapsed lung, etc) and there was plenty left after the settlement was negotiated. I walked in with what may have been a lifetime of debt and, since they did what they do best, I walked out with an investment portfolio. Yes- they do that, too! I cannot thank the Smith family enough! Thank you for guiding me through the most difficult time of my life and giving me a pathway to a comfortable future!
