5 /5 Marilyn Brady: Just a quick review to say that I had the pleasure of working with Noel Siddall yesterday at the Okeechobee Branch. I seldom write a review, but made this exception as Noel was exceptional. She was refreshing to work with, in every aspect--from her quiet yet confident manner, to her knowledge of what needed to be done, to her consideration of my time. Noel was also able to clearly communicate what steps needed to be taken and in what order, etc., etc., etc. I could go on and on. She is someone who "has it all", and I see her as an extremely valuable asset to Seacoast Bank for years to come. She is POTENTIAL PLUS! So, while Im typing, I want to say that I have seen a very positive change in this branch, as every person I have worked with has been a "cut above"--just like the days past. I would name more names but there are 2 girls of whom I dont know their names and wouldnt want to leave them out. So, "kudos" to management for hiring and training these girls. Keep on with the upward momentum and congratulations!

5 /5 Dewey Baker: Had some issues with mobile banking and my accounts. I was out of state. While the situation couldnt be totally resolved what could be done to help mitigate the issues was, and with diligence and above average effort. Personally I would like to mention Stephanie Trapero. She was absolutely amazing. Thabk you again.

5 /5 Rache Guibord: I had a wonderful experience at Seacoast today! I was referred by Ericka to see Noel, greeted very warmly by Teresa, and enjoyed a cup of coffee on arrival. All of my financial concerns were addressed and I dont think it gets any better than this!

5 /5 Samantha Jewell: Any time i come in im greeted by my first name and a smile tasha and racheal always check to make sure before i leave if all my issues have been resolved . Over all create customer service super glad theyve been added to the team .

5 /5 Nicholas Badger: I was having some issues signing in on the mobile app so I contacted the customer service number and they directed me to my local branch and thank God they did. The customer service that I received from Noel from the Okeechobee Branch was above and beyond what I was expecting. I chose Seacoast because Ive always held their customer service in high regards but this woman really was the best example Ive ever come across. As a banking customer I hope that everyone at the Okeechobee location gets praised for their hard work and customer service but Im leaving five stars today because of my interaction with Noel. To the bosses and management at this location thank you for doing something right whether it was your training or your protocols I received Top Notch service and Id like to thank you as well. This message goes out to anybody thats thinking about opening a bank account please consider Seacoast Bank for all your banking or online needs if you need a reason why just read my review.
