We have worked with Tammy and Erica, both have been very polite, professional and helpful. The tellers are also personable. There are 4 branches in the area. Thanks for a great credit union to bank at.

1 /5 Pam Brown: I live in Oregon and my account was hacked and a check was fraudulently written and cashed at this bank in, San Antonio Citizens Bank, Dada City, FL. I have contacted the bank twice and I am not getting a callback or a live person to discuss this matter with. Beware of a Brenda G. Smith!

1 /5 Paige Emberg: i no longer trust the people who work here....... they lost my checks when i made a deposit. turns out they deposited it into someone elses account..... was only able to talk to the member services desk and they would not let me talk to the branch manager. when requested a call back, the assistant manager called 1 hour later and stated that the branch manager just left for a personal reason..... i dont like being avoided.... this is a bigger issue.... make sure you review your account and make sure the checks get deposited properly before leaving.....

1 /5 breanna lynn: Will pull money creating a negative balance in one account to another account without informing the account holder. When wanting this reversed they refused not even acknowledging the circumstances they’ve caused me. Held a bank account here for 4+ years and will be leaving and never returning. It’s sad how they treat their people.
