Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.

Joshua Redding Fairwinds caught fraud before it even happened! Someone got my info and mailed a new card out declining my current. The bank called me, I went in, got a new card card and problem solved. I love fairwinds for this.

Sandra LaFlamme EJ is a consummate professional in complete command of his products and services. Jillian Ozkara Benchmark was a wonderful place to work both in terms of professional development and culture. I’ve worked for several financial planning and investment firms in the past. Honestly, I have seen so many underhanded activities, such as advisors charging high commissions or selling products clients did not need. The advisors I worked with at Benchmark had integrity. It’s a smaller firm, so advisors are able to work closely with clients and build relationships. The advisors were honest, reasonable, and genuinely cared about each client. If I weren’t a Financial Planner myself, I would consider hiring Benchmark. They look your complete financial picture—they don’t simply sell products like everyone else.
