1 /5 armando dominguez: This lawyer caused me a problem of 7 years without bankruptcy. We went to his law firm to analyze our case and he told me and my wife that it was best to bankrupt. We explained that I had received money for a workers compensation and the lawyer told me that there was no problem with that, I could proceed with bankruptcy. The fact was that we paid him the full service and one day before (the date of the court) he told us that we better not bankrupt because we could lose the money and that we waited a year to make it new application . After that we check the case with a another lawyer and he told us that we never have to apply for bankruptcy that the debt we have did not appear in the credit because it had been more than 10 years, and we verified that we could buy a house with much difficulty explaining that the bankruptcy that appeared The credit was never carried out but it simply appears as done and many banks rejected me for it. I called the credit bureau and they told me that until 7 years old this was not erased from the credit that was almost as if I had done it and the only thing I could do was to explain this to the banks and hope they would accept to lend me the money. Summarizing that the only thing we did was lose money and make life a little harder for 7 years. My advice is to find a more honest lawyer that we know is hard to come by. Este abogado me causa un problema de 7 años sin hacer la bancarrota, Fuimos a su bufete de abogado analizaron nuestro caso y nos dijeron a mi esposa y a me que lo mejor era hacer bancarrota. Le esplicamos que yo había recibido un dinero por una compensación de accidente de trabajo y el abogado me dijo que no había ningún problema con eso quedará podia proceder con la bancarrota. El echo fue que le pagamos el servicio completo y un día antes del (la fecha de la corte) nos dijo que mejor no hicieramos la bancarrota porque podría perder el dinero y esperar un año para hacer una nueva aplicacion de bancarrota .el curso de ese año analizamos la situación con otro abogado y este nos dijo que nunca tenemos que hacer para bancarrota que ya la deuda que tenemos no aparecian en el crédito porque había pasado más de 10 años, y lo comprovamos pudimos comprar una casa con mucha dificultad esplicando que la bancarrota que apareció en el crédito nunca se llego a cabo pero simplemente aparece como hecha y los bancos muchos me rechasaron por eso. Llame a los buro de crédito y me esplicaron que hasta los 7 años no se borraba esto del crédito que era casi como si la hubiera echo lo único que podía hacer era esplicar a Los bancos y esperar que aceptaran prestarnos el dinero. Resumiendo que lo único que hicimos fue perder dinero y hacemos la vida un poco más difícil por 7 años. Mi consejo es que busquen abogados más honesto que sabemos que es difícil de conseguir.

Extremely terrible service, Took all my money and as soon as everything was payed off they tell us that because we moved they can’t take on the case, The receptionist is a rude and extremely disrespectful person. They should not be in business, all the negative reviews are completely right. Now they don’t want to refund when they have not done a thing. PLEASE IF YOURE LOOKING TO USE THEM DONT!!! IT WILL CAUSE YOU WAY TOO MANY HEADACHES
