1 /5 Jared Rosenberg: I initially felt confident in hiring this team to contest my speeding ticket. While I understood there was a chance that it would not get dismissed and I would still need to pay the fine, I had high hopes that considering the speed trap, a favorable resolution could be made. Not only did the terms of my initial ticket still stand, Rhino Lawyers delivered AN INCORRECT VERDICT to me. If I hadn’t gone to the county clerk myself to ensure that my check was received, I never would have known that I was ordered a 4-hr traffic school since my verdict per them said I wouldn’t. If I had just kept my trust in them, I would be driving with a suspended license completely unbeknownst to me due to their oversight. When I reached out to them regarding this, they were radio silent and still have not reached out to me. Super unprofessional, do not recommend.

3 /5 Zarko: Update: (1 start to 3) I received a call from the lawyers and the attempted to make things right by giving me a full refund and apologizing for the outcome of the case. I believe they truly mean it it is unfortunate that the case turned out as bad as it did for something is minor as it was. Though I do appreciate them reaching out and talking to me about it. I hired RHINO Lawyers thinking they would help minimize the impact of a very minor traffic infraction — my first ever, with no prior accidents or points on my record. Instead, I ended up paying more in every way. The original fine was $160, but after hiring them, the court-imposed fine jumped to $286. I also paid RHINO $250 for their service. And what did I get for all that? I still have to take the 4-hour safety driving course — the same exact course I could’ve elected on my own if I had just paid the ticket directly. That would’ve saved me hundreds of dollars and gotten me the same result: no points. Their involvement made no meaningful difference. The outcome was no better than what I could’ve achieved by clicking a few options online and taking the course myself. I honestly feel like I wasted my money. To be clear, the office staff was very polite and helpful — I have zero complaints about them. My issue is strictly with the lack of real legal value in what I paid for. I regret using their services and would not recommend them to anyone dealing with a basic traffic citation.
