John Rolfe I have had numerous contacts with this companys customer service agents. They are condescending and rude but notably ignorant of SEC and other major compliance laws. They make rollovers nearly impossible or outright lie saying its not allowed. Cities and towns that sign up with Bencor do not have the better interests of their employees as their goal. I urge any municipal employee to seriously question their HR Department about the research they carried out in selecting US Bencor. Chances are they did none and just put the contract out for bid.Thats no way to select a quality financial institution.

William FLOYD Paxton Total professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, problem solving and more than willing to go out of their way to make things complete. Rodney and Candice knew how to meet our needs and answer all our questions and make our home purchase happen. From the first step to the final closing I would recommend anyone use Rodney and his resources to finance and purchase a home.
