Kaila brown Wouldn’t recommend . These people are rude and spiteful. I got a 2015 for fusion from them in 2023 , the car was fine. I never missed a payment was great customer . The beginning of 2025 started to have car issues so i just decided to trade the car in for something more up to date. Traded the car in for a 2018 Kia optima , 3 weeks after i got the optima i started to have issues the check engine light came on, i took it to auto zone and the computer showed it to be the pcm. I called my financial company which was greater financial and they had the towing company come pick the car up to take it to the garage .A couple days later they stated that they believe it was the throttle body (which they made me pay 300 for) so they replaced it but if i continued to have issues with the car i would have to get it towed to Kia. Cool. A week and a half later i begin to have more issues with the car, every single light came on in the Kia and my car wouldn’t come out of park. They came to get the car a day later and had it towed to Kia march 27th. Even kia could not figure out what the problem was. Which had to be related do the pcm ! Which the the garage knew it wasn’t the throttle body in the first place. Mind you i barely got to drive the car. Everytime i would call they would say they didn’t have a update and they would call back, never once did they callback i would always have to call them and when i did call they would say we haven’t a update and why didn’t you make your car payment yet? Lol. Who would make a payment on a car they couldn’t drive? Here it is May 15 2025 the car is still in terrible condition. They offered to let me trade the Kia in and get a new car but i would still owe on the Kia!!! I told them I think it would be my interest to just not take the car and let them keep the Kia. Within a few hours they had towing company come to Kia to get the car repossessed so i wouldn’t be able to get any of my belongings out of the car and that i would have to pay 150 to get my belongings out of the car. Now i have a repossession on my credit for a car that was in terrible condition before i got it.

Now lets talk about one main financial it was so easy getting a loan from them and emotionally help full. I would recommend them to everyone. Mathew P Theyre so great over here at amscot!! They hold a special place in my heart theyve helped me so very much. People talk about the crazy interest rate but really its like twenty to forty bucks to get some cash for a couple few weeks and really its no different than having a really good friend that knows youll pay them back so you throw a little on top. Thank you team, your greatly appreciated! Read some of the other reviews and decided to expand upon my review. These people behind the counter work extremely fast and are very efficient at what they do to be honest. Ive been using amscot and tell ya what Ive NEVER had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and if they ask something of you its because they NEED it to do their job. Theyre not being any kind of way about anything except for following protocol which is their job. To anyone I ask that had a bad experience [ I get everyones not having the best day but remember theres two sides to every story]. How did you act? These people are good right in right out, they handle the lines well, they move them through fast anyways so theres really not much of a line to speak of.
