1 /5 Aya Chacar: Security gone mad. I have had this bank for many years. They were super slow and bureaucratic but provided low mortgage fees and rate so I put up with it. Now it has become impossible to access your money. They block Zelle transfers. Everything requires security checks- several times in a single transaction. And most of the times the security systems they have are too slow and zero in before they are done - and are timed out or unaccepted so you start again - and go through the same stupid attempts. Tried 7 types of security confirmation and still did not work through no fault of my own. It takes also for ever to figure out how to get to a human being on the phones now. I spent many hours over three days to try and unblock Zelle unsuccessfully - and to try and make a single wire within the US. IT gone mad. I am just in the process of withdrawing all my money. Not worth the waste of time and aggravation. There are many better options out there for banking.
