5 /5 Chris Centofanti: Family law is a very sensitive matter built on several emotions. When selecting an attorney look for years of practice, fee amounts, bar complaints and posted reviews. Where there is smoke most likely there is fire. I have been assigned to family law for over 9 years now, I have seen Mr. Peak practice in family law. As someone in the court room and behind the scenes believe me you need an attorney that is well respected by the personnel in the court room who maybe deciding your case. As a client you will not know that unless you listen to this review.
If you think throwing large amounts of money in the case with an attorney who charges a lot or an attorney who promises to file motions after motions ( fee driven), you maybe disappointed in the outcome. You need a level headed, honest attorney that tells you the possible true outcomes. When an attorney cannot give you level headed advice along with fair answers to your questions that maybe a sign you are hiring the wrong person.
Mr. Peak is the opposite of those qualities, he is very honest, up front and forthcoming, you will see that when you meet him and you will witness that in the court room. I hope you follow my advice and good luck with your choices.
