Mike was upfront on the consequences of what this new DUI could bring but expressed that he would do his absolute best for me and he did NOT disappoint! I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first considering I choose to blow and blew over double the limit. Mike said that he wasn’t just there to guide me through the process but to take the wheel and that I would not be charged with a DUI. He followed through on every word he said. He was able to plea down the DUI to reckless driving with no criminal charges and, even more importantly, no points on my license, which for me, means no increased insurance costs. His communication was above and beyond. There was never a time that I did not know what was going on, the exact next steps, and everything that I needed to complete. Moreover, every single time I ever called Mike he always answered the phone. That is extremely rare with an attorney in any field. 5 /5 Norman Bocci: Im very pleased with Mr. Braxtons and Mr. Parks level of service from day one with my phone call on a Sunday. My DUI was dropped to Reckless and Withheld Adjudication, so no points on my License. The savings on insurance alone was worth their fee. Also Mike had two citations dropped. They only work on DUI cases and Mike was very respected by judge an state prosecutor. They had me a work driving license in 10 days and in 30 days had my full drivers license reinstated with NO restrictions with the DMV.
