1 /5 Victor R: This company misleads applicants online. They will say you are approved/pre-approved for several loan options, then call/email you to ask for collateral in order to secure the loan. They will even require homeowners will equity in their properties to put up additional collateral, such as motorcycles, RV, etc for their underwriting to more forward with your so-called approved/pre-approved loan. Be very cautious applicants, you be misled if this company comes up as a loan option online. They utilize Lending Tree and other online loan servicing companies to get your interest, and what is worst they will run a hard credit check, which hurts your credit rating.

1 /5 Michelle I. S.: This was my first and last time coming here. I spoke to a lady who was training a new worker and without even asking me as a customer if I mind if she’s there. She then proceeds to ask why I’m there. A few seconds later she asks me my social security number which she should have asked me to write it not say it out loud. I felt uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional why would I want my personal business out there especially with a new employee trainee there. The whole situation felt uncomfortable. Then she says have a nice day when I left and I just ignored her.

5 /5 Omar Estrada: I love using Onemain, they make it eaay and they process everything so far at least at the Kissimmee office. This time Angelica took care of me and again, just like Jennifer everything smooth, quick and easy. Thanks to them Ive got to eliminate debt and move forward with a better credit and new opportunities. All I can say is thank you both. For you out there, dont be afraid and try. I totally recommend it.
