5 /5 Susan Winkler: I found the people working at this location to be very accommodating, understand my needs, willing to help with options at a rate I can afford. If there is some issue, they handle it right away. The manager was my loan officer and explained the process thoroughly. If she was not available, any of the other agents knew of me and could answer my questions. This office makes you feel that you are important to them and gives you proper guidance in your decision making.

1 /5 r p: If youre in need of a loan then this isnt the place. I was only looking for a small loan for my credit, I have pretty decent credit but I wanted to keep a line open to keep my credit active. I filled everything out almost 2 weeks ago and I still havent received it. I called today to cancel it. I called a few days ago and was told they would put a rush on it and someone would reach out with in 48 hrs, well 3 days later someone called me and said they needed one last form and then they would send the loan to my account the next day, I uploaded that form 20 mins after the call and here it is 2 days later no call, no loan, no email or anything. I was approved for $13k but only wanted $4k so there wasnt a problem there, I make over $6k month so no problem there. My credit is 695 so no problem there. Only problem is with the way this place is ran. I feel bad for the ones in need of a loan who are counting on it and are given the run around due to lack of communication and unorganized business.

1 /5 Deb Westridge: Horrible service. Promise you the loan, bring you in to the office (St. Augustine, FL) and then take it back. You can’t play with people’s lives like that. I was going to use it for much needed surgery and had to cancel after I was PROMISED. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

Ive dealt with a lot of lending institutions personally and professionally over the years but OneMain has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had!
