Kaitlynn Peterson I usually never give 5 stars to any establishment and it’s even crazier that this is a recovery establishment. My vehicle was sadly repossessed due to hard times. The guy that runs this establishment in Tallahassee was so helpful to us and was sincerely trying to help us get our vehicle back. He’d call me with updates and everything to let us know what was going on. Very nice guy and so helpful! If you go through what we did, be nice to these folks. They’ll really go the extra mile to help you out if you need it. The main office in Tampa is a little shady but the guy that runs the Tallahassee location is very nice.

North Okaloosa Medical Center - Crestview
rosaura pagan cardona Visited radiology and the staff was amazing. The staff at outpatient was amazing and answered all my questions during the registration process and explained the financial part clearly. The receptionist at radiology was an angel, provided me food when my blood sugar dropped too low and even went personally to get the correct order from urgent care as I was unable to drive. 10/10 will be getting any future services here. The lady who did my testing was very polite and quick. I was in and out of the test in 15 minutes.
