DeAnne Carter 5 stars is NOT enough! Haley & her staff @ Hometown Jewelry & Loan are absolutely amazing! Haley is one of the most talented jewelry designers and I absolutely adore her. She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good! This ladys professionalism and customer interactions are amazing!! When I have talked to her, she is always happy and willing to assist over the phone. She has told me shed look into questions and would call me back. She always calls me back on same day. I emailed her around the holidays and got her out of office reply.
