Randy quickly put me at ease with his quick witted humor and his shinny bald head lol, all jokes aside this is one of the smartest financial minds Ive come across. Mr AyeLuhDude So every month around the same time I would go through the whole process again.(answering why do I need such a large amount in cash) Which always made me feel uncomfortable.(introvert due to poor hearing) But the reason I would draw it all out was because my card would decline and I’m looking southern, knowing it’s there. So I’d have to call the branch and raise my limit every time I had large payments. So today same thing as usual but, I was blessed to speak with ZENIA(Labelle Branch). Which simply explained that the daily limit increase was only good for 24hrs and all I have to do was sign a form to permanently increase my limit. Something so simple made my day because she understood my frustration and her patience and professionalism towards problem solving is top tier.

Kenneth Gershon I have been a resident for 5 1/2 years. I am kind of hoping that the new management will make the necessary improvements that were ignored by Greystar. Having Tyrone as the assistant manager should be a big plus as he is aware of the needs of the community. I would love to see the tables and chairs put back out as well as the cushions on the lounges. I would hope that the new management would confer with the residents as to ways to enhance the property. Having Tyrone as a liaison to the residents will go along way to improving the Heritage life style. He is a genuine asset to your management team and his expertise should be used.
