Kathy Astorquiza About 2 years ago, my husband & I were on our way to Orlando for a Comedy show. Unfortunately, we ended up in a multi-car accident. Apparently, the driver directly behind us was not paying attention at all to the road and hit us, as we were at a dead stop. I felt them plow into us immediately, felt like a ton of bricks! We were pushed into the driver in front of us. The pain in my head was felt seconds later. Then came the pain in my already injured hands. I had to have 2 different surgeries on my hand a lot sooner than I had intended. (A surgery that I wanted to wait a few years to have, until I really needed. And an unexpected surgery, due to the accident.) My husband & I knew that we had to inquire about an attorney. Luckily, we had a friend that was working at Boohoff Law, in Tampa. He referred us & we were contacted by their office shortly after. We worked with Michelle & Lauren and they did a great job representing us. We are/were new to this type of situation, so we were completely unfamiliar with the process. Michelle & Lauren made this very easy for us. Sebastian Affordable, very familiar with the area and very good customer service. I hired them for a case - a traffic offense with property damage in DeSoto county - after hearing good things about the firm from three or four other friends and Rios was able to get my case dismissed after only two or three months. The office workers and legal assistants were very nice and very helpful as well. Worth the money. The only thing Ill add (and Im not docking any stars because I believe the firm did everything right, I think there were just some crossed wires) is that if your case is dismissed or finalized youll want to check with your PO to make sure theyve received the paperwork as my PO didnt receive the notice of dismissal from the clerk of court so I had to send a copy over to take care of it but it was quick and easy as the firm provided me a copy. Very good, competent local firm.

Julio Perez This office is the best. They handled my personal injury case in Miami and got me a good amount of money. I didnt even have insurance at the time and the other side did not want ro pay up anything. They fought hard for me. They updated me every step of the way. Craig was SUPER cool. His assistant Thalia was amazing. She made sure everything was straight especially with my chiropractor. Amy was amazing too. She reduced all my medical bills so i could stay with more money. She constantly updated me since she was the PI paralegal. I highly recommend and will do my citizenship application with them next since they also handle criminal and some immigration.
