5 /5 Bob Shuker: I went to U Haul to get foam sleeves to wrap dishes . Went to the counter to ask the clerk where they were. He walked me over to where they were . I said thanks and he left I picked up what I needed and turned to my left to go to the register. At that time I was on the floor my shoulder hit the floor and my head hit the bottom shelf . I felt extreme pain especially the side of my face and neck and shoulder, I’m blind in my left eye from having a cornea transplant. I called out for help as I couldn’t get up , my left elbow was bleeding profusely. The rclerk helped me up and removed the boxes I tripped over. I asked for paper towels as I was bleeding all over the floor I got the towels and made my purchase . At this time I asked the clerk to put the boxes back where they were so I could take photos of them , he put them back I took photos and left . I went to Advent urgent care. They bandaged my arm but said I needed to go to waterman because of hitting my head and being on blood thinners there could be a brain bleed ( negative) an and no broken bones . The cat scan was of my head and neck . I have a appointment with my chiropractor today , my neck pain at times is intense and my shoulder also . I have soreness to the touch on my cheek Bone. I believe they should have video and that will answer all questions

4 /5 Dr. Latae: On April 4, 2024, I was hit by a semi truck. The driver left me and left the scene. I called 311 to report the accident. Just really shook about the whole thing. The car was badly damaged. And I was in major pain. I reached out to Morgan & Morgan. They did the intake and got me the physical therapy I needed. All the staff members were professional.
