1 /5 Nick Smith: Called about a slip and fall incident in which I broke my wrist they basically told me it’s not a big enough case for them and they couldn’t help me now they repeatedly call me atleast 10 times a day about the issue and every time I get on the phone they tell me the same results which is they can’t help me so why call back and blow up my phone? Only to tell me they can’t help me I don’t get it I had to block all of there phone numbers to make it stop stay far away from this place all they want is easy money with 0 effort

And when you go with Morgan and Morgan I recommend you request attorney Barrington Irving. Because if you go with him you will get his Legal Assistant Lindsey Raphael. Lindsey is amazing always there for me for any question any of my concerns she is so polite so sweet so nice she explains everything to me until I understand it. She makes me feel like I can call anytime with any concerns she makes you feel so welcomed. And speaking of Mr Irving he is amazing also so polite so nice they both make me feel that they have my best interest for me. Again Morgan and Morgan is where you want to go

1 /5 Kia Kia: I would give 0 stars if I could, my mother is legally blind and has had a stroke I have told this law office to communicate with me because my mother cannot read emails and is struggling with cognitive issues , despite me saying this several times this law office continues to email my mother and never contacted me, as a result they closed her case for “ lack of communication “ how can she communicate when she can’t see to read the email? Make it make sense Absolutely horrible behavior and refusal to accommodate disability .

1 /5 Norman Wei: The intake folks at this law firm is a joke. Most of them are from third world countries and can barely speak or understand English. I sent them a summary of my situation in clear and plain English. They totally did not understand it. And these people are "deciding" if Morgan and Morgan will take a case? They have zero legal training and probably make less than minimum wage. John Morgan, you need to have people with some legal training - perhaps paralegals - to do the intake. Your staff is driving away $$$ from your firm. That "for the people" slogan is a joke. It is more like "for the money". I think they only take cases that involve multi-million dollars to pay their corporate jets. The little guys are kicked to the curb.
