Kaelsie Saravia LOVE this bank. We got our commercial loan with them and they were amazing. Great service and expert advice. We also have business accounts there. It is always fast and professional- never have to wait in line.

Travis Licht Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.
