Recently, Mom passed away leaving me to sell her house and settle all matters related to her trust. I realized that there are a few things that I was unsure of and needed to clarify. I happened to be at my bank, just across the street and took a chance on walking in without an appointment.
I was politely greeted by the receptionist, Barbara. As I explained
the reason for my visit to Barbara, I was overheard by another employee, Krissy Warner. Krissy came out of her office and introduced herself as a paralegal able to help with my questions.
Seeing that I was quite stressed, Krissy invited me to sit down and relax a bit as she assessed my situation. All through, she was kind and understanding of the anxiety I felt. She and I reviewed what I had and what I needed. Everything was handled "on the spot." Given the fact that I walked in with no appointment, she could have easily asked that I make one. Instead, I was shown the understanding and professionalism that I have come to expect from this firm. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
