Dr. Kim Byrd-Rider Jaimie is the best! My brother in San Francisco is a lawyer and when I experienced jail for the first time, he immediately researched the best lawyer in my area for me. He insisted I hire her immediately. Having never been in jail or in the court system I did not understand the urgency or even the need to pay an attorney. while I was in jail, one of the inmate said you have to hire an attorney you do not want a public defender. I asked why and she said because I paid attorney will process everything for you very quickly. They can push things through and make sure all the teas are crossed and the eyes are dotted so thatnot only do you get dismissed, but its quick. She said public defenders have huge caseloads and cannot give your case the time it needs. She said you end up waiting for months instead of weeks to process. im so glad my brother referred me to Jamie. She was immediately in contact with me, always responded to every text, was understanding, and she knew the system inside and out. She was able to get things done super fast, which was important because I could not go back to work until the case had been dismissed. My work only gave me four weeks to get the case dismissed. My court date was set for two months later. Jamie was able to get the entire case dismissed in under four weeks! She did little extra tricks to speed it up, like getting me to sign things in advance on Docusign and not wait for appointments to sign which would have extended the process out for more weeks. Thank God for Jamie Waho Spivey! I have my job back and she is getting the case expunged from my record so it will never show up again. She made the process easy and explained everything. K A Overall, Ive had a good experience with Zoecklein! It didnt start out that way, but once Esteban Cordero took over my familys case, everything became fantastic. He was super responsive and informative, always keeping everyone up to date as he had information to update. Hes also incredibly kind and professional, answering questions happily and quickly! He deserves twenty stars for the effort he put in to fix the mess that got handed to him. Things wrapped up super easily and effortlessly with him working on it. I was a bit iffy about Zoecklein before Esteban took over. The person working on my familys case first was effectively the sheer opposite of him. I dont want to be too harsh, but I understand why they were removed from the case and I dont feel guilty saying Im extremely glad Esteban took over in that persons place. Hes why Im rating 5 stars, instead of the 2 or 3 I may have otherwise given if asked for a review.

Jim Catlette I have never needed to contact Jim Dodson concerning a cycling accident but if I do need a lawyer he will be the legal council that I contact first. I do know Jim Dodson as a great family man an avid cyclist. He has a great knowledge of the law pertaining to cycling and provides it to the cycling community free of charge thru social media posts and cycling club news letters as well as sponsoring many charities that use cycling events to raise funds. I have recommended Jim to several of my cycling friends after there accident. I consider him a very good friend and a person that I could turn to in my time of need.

Angel Davis I love and I mean absolutely love this form. The whole staff is very professional, kind and overall awesome. Mr. Porter helped me on two cases. A misdemeanor case which held 5 charges. Also, a felony case which held 2 charges. My felony case he got dropped/dismissed. My misdemeanor case 4/5 charges dropped. Also I did ZERO jail time.
