I had a pretty big attitude but if I told I was there the night before before closing time and the door was closed. The second person I spoke to wouldnt let me speak to you if ever protective of you. I had to ask her for your email address about five times. I wasnt happy with that whole experience so I took my home insurance to another insurance company.

1 /5 William Smith: I drove to your Ocala office in my 27 year old BMW today because it has low mileage (an antique - always garaged and babied) and should qualify for a low mileage discount. I wanted your agent to visually look at the odometer and divide the miles by 27 years to show the average miles driven per year. Your agent refused because she needed recent repair invoices: no exceptions! She also never introduced herself so I had to ask for her name and when I mentioned that my wife just passed away last month, I expected an act of sympathy of "Im sorry for your loss" or something but she said nothing. I have remained a customer with your agency for many years and I hope I never have to work with her again. The last time I was in your previous office location, your agent put out her hand, introduced herself and asked me if I would like a bottled water or coffee. I did not get that same welcoming warm greeting this time.

Would highly recommend his agency as well as Allstate, unfortunately we are moving out of state and I can truly say that I will miss the level of service that we have grown accustomed to!

5 /5 Albert Burns: Great Insurance Company! Michael and his staff are professional and responsive. Always there for your everyday needs and super quick to respond in a crises. After a recent accident (not much in the way of personal damage but a total loss on the car) Michael immediately had all hands on deck to help us out. Arraigned repairs, rental cars and provided advice and assistance in getting our affairs back in order. Michael and His staff have to be the best in town

5 /5 Bruce Gifford: When we dont have a problem we dont say much. One issue we did have and it was taken care of very quickly, was my lack of notification of credit card change to Allstate regarding the insurance on the Golf Cart. He was quick to notify me and I updated my card so Cart insurance could be paid.
