Mike is one of the most professional and dependable people I know. If you need any estate planning assistance, you cannot go wrong with Mike and Merhar Law. To give more context, I am a mom of two toddlers and was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I did not have any advanced directives, trusts, or wills set up and was very concerned about the what ifs. I called Mike for some advice and we jumped right in. He ensured I had everything covered, even things I had forgotten about or did not know needed to be accounted for, and executed prior to my surgery so that I could rest easy on that front. The process was collaborative with Mike providing me with different options and ways to structure certain things with the pros and cons of each. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely use Merhar Law for all my future estate planning needs!
