1 /5 Heath Thompson: One of the Rudest experiences I have ever had. They sent me a bill for 500.00 that was from 3 years before. I went and looked at my explanation of benefits and talked with my insurance company. The said I did in fact owe it. I called to try to get it settled and Jennifer was one of the most hateful individuals I have ever dealt with. I payed the bill but she was extremely rude. Horrible Company.

Dont be pissed at the connections agency they r doing their job. If u would have paid ur bill in the first place u wouldnt be dealing with them right now

1 /5 Pana Douglas: These people do NOT know how to be nice at all. So hateful. I tried to asked them several times to tone down the attitude and they just gave me more attitude. I spoke to three different people and all three were HORRIBLE. It got worse wit every person. (Kim #1021, Lisa, & Tabitha) Not sure if those names are real but those are the ones they gave me. I even recorded the calls, TOLD THEM I WAS RECORDING, and they still didnt care. Rude is an understatement. They need to fire EVERYONE and start over. Then they wonder why debt collectors get a bad name.

1 /5 Patti Wise: The first lady was so nice and professional, after that rude. Id like to know how other people paid their monthly bill, because I haphazardly gave them the info to take it electronically from my checking every month.Ill be watching because honestly I trust no one. They say your conversations are recorded, and Id normally believe that but, this is a sham service. I can not believe St. Lukes Health Network would turn me over to them. I was on my last 1200 of 10000 of my late husbands final expenses and was paying them 150 a month, and guess how much Im paying now....150 a month. This could have been avoided....again St Lukes Health Network, Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania...shame shame.
