All advice was given in a straight matter of fact but at the same time very kindly. I always felt that she cared about me and did what had to be done to protect my interests. Kelly and her staff were always polite, professional, quickly handled all necessary tasks and were very supportive. I always felt like my case was the only one they were working on because of the priority my issues received. I feel so much gratitude for all her efforts.

She took the time to learn and understand my case thoroughly but did not overcharge me; I never felt like she was trying to just get money out of me. She was awesome in both a required hearing and mediation and I felt so comfortable walking through this process with her (and her amazing assistant!) by my side.
