5 /5 Sandra Varney: Zach Alfant, Attorney At Law, prepared a second Stalking Injunction which was necessary concerning a case that ended August 16, 2023 because the Respondent did not adhere to the conditions of the previous settlement. The case concerned a next door tenant. Zach prepared a very thorough and detailed Injunction and today, 07 02 25, was our Hearing date. The Injunction was so incredibly on point that it was accepted today by all parties involved - CASE CLOSED!! The results gave us exactly what we had wanted and more!! Zach is not only an expert in divorce, child custody and all that is involved with family law, but he is also a true expert in preparing Injunctions. 5 /5 Rick Z.: My experience with Zach was great. I used him to modify my alimony. Honesty goes a long way with him, and he was honest with me. He cant win your case all by himself. You need to feed him with information too. He knows the law and guides you through your process. He was responsive on emails, and he was not just another attorney racking up charges on your dime, something my original divorce attorney (who is also local) did. As a man, its hard in any family court. We did very well, and I feel I came out on top. My ex-wife was difficult, and threw every accusation at me in court. My point is we had to climb through a lot of those accusations. It was a lot, and Zach did his homework! You wont agree with everything he may say, but he listened to me, and we worked through our different approaches. Most attorneys have a chip on their shoulder, not Zach. This is important when you feel like something is more important than the other. So, I will say, we did pretty well, and Im happy now. I just wish I had him during my actual divorce.
