Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Diamond Overstreet The group of people that run this store do an excellent job. Its tucked just off of 13th street, on a road that can get super busy, but theres plenty of parking on the side of the building opposite of Starbucks. Every time Ive come inside, theyve been nothing but respectful, knowledgeable, nice and understanding -- especially to repeat customers. Im no stranger to customer service, and they do a superb job Theyre thorough, speak highly of their customers, and take good care of the items they sell. In a pawn shop, these are very important qualities. Their store is a bit smaller, but they have a great selection as well. I definitely recommend.

They also have many high quality brands of watches, jewelry and gifts that are always available. My family and I have been clients of Tom Cook for many years and I am so grateful for their service. If you haven’t visited their lovely store you will be throughly please with their beautiful space and happy faces once you do. Right now I am excitedly awaiting a few new creations that they are working on using old stones and gold giving some lackluster jewelry new life.
