He does not answer clients questions. He handles all felony drug cases for the county and sends his clients to jail and does not investigate possible defenses. If he represents you, you might as well soon up to go to state prison.

Before hiring any divorce attorney, it’s important to go in with reasonable expectations, which is something I learned along the way. One key takeaway: trust your attorney. Don’t overcommunicate. Your attorney has other clients, and what feels like a crisis (a level 8 or 9 to you) might be more like a 4 from their legal perspective. That’s not a bad thing-it means they know how to keep things in perspective. Being organized and clear with your communication helps everything go more smoothly and keeps your bill from ballooning unnecessarily. Stephanie and her team at Silverman and Mack are genuinely good people. I’m grateful for their guidance and steady support through a difficult divorce.
