Mr AyeLuhDude So every month around the same time I would go through the whole process again.(answering why do I need such a large amount in cash) Which always made me feel uncomfortable.(introvert due to poor hearing) But the reason I would draw it all out was because my card would decline and I’m looking southern, knowing it’s there. So I’d have to call the branch and raise my limit every time I had large payments. So today same thing as usual but, I was blessed to speak with ZENIA(Labelle Branch). Which simply explained that the daily limit increase was only good for 24hrs and all I have to do was sign a form to permanently increase my limit. Something so simple made my day because she understood my frustration and her patience and professionalism towards problem solving is top tier.

Naira Bishop Jesi is absolutely amazing! She came into my classroom as a guest speaker and spoke to us about financial literacy. Her session was really informative.
