1 /5 HaLia B: Communication with Brianna and this law firm was extremely poor. Brianna missed my partner’s court date and, without any prior notice, sent an unprepared attorney in her place. That lawyer was not properly briefed on the case, which caused a misunderstanding with the judge and ultimately resulted in my partner spending a week in jail. Throughout the process, he felt pressured to accept a plea deal even though there was evidence that could have supported reducing or dismissing at least one of the charges. I had to constantly chase the firm for updates and legal support during this time, despite us providing generous compensation. When these serious issues were raised, instead of taking accountability, we were brushed off and dismissed. The only reason a formal complaint was not filed against Brianna and the other attorney for having ineffective counsel was out of respect for my partner’s wish to move forward. However, after the plea was taken and we sought help from another firm, it became clear that Mandell Law had failed to do their job effectively. Please consider other legal representation before hiring this firm!!!
