The first day I met with Brent and Kaitlynn we discussed what happened, what to expect, what they would do and what I needed to do. So easy - all my questions were answered and I was assured that they’d be there to answer any questions or concerns I may not have thought to ask on day one. The ability to communicate by text - love it! But phone calls were needed regarding more sensitive communication both by myself and Kaitlyn/Brent and those were always very helpful too - not rushed and not ended without me feeling satisfied and clear with the information from the call. It was really nice that all communication was followed up with a reply, fairly quickly by Kaitlyn. So I would 100% recommend. I’m actually a return client. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I’ll feel confident that I’ll receive the same great treatment.
