I mainly shop here at the Bartow location as it’s close to home, I almost always place my order online. I do the online check in for express pick up. I hardly ever have to wait very long if at all. Tyler Reed I have a 2005 F450 that had the engine replaced a year ago with a Ford Reman Engine by the previous owner. The engine dropped an injector. I took the truck to Murray due to possible warranty on the engine. Carey, I think his name was, in the service department was extremely helpful with getting this issue resolved. I even talked with Mike, the commercial salesman about a new truck in the near future and he was very helpful and not pushy like some salespeople. The few techs I talked to were also nice guys and I would trust them to work on any of my vehicles. Turn around time, especially for a truck of this age was pretty quick. 2 days and I had my truck back. Hard finding good dealers anymore but this one is great!
