He was able to show that it was not me, and that I was a victim of “Battered Wife Syndrome”. We are currently in NY and we were able to sign all of the necessary documents remotely with the assistance of a notary public that he referred us to. Kate is very knowledgeable with the law, she was always there when I needed to talk to her or had any questions She had always answered my questions and in a manner that I could understand, she always let me know what the next step was. Her fees are very reasonable. She helped me realize that there are people out there that care and she is one of them she helped me understand to what I was entitled to and left everything up to my choice, but always give great advice, in the end, I am very pleased with the outcome of my case I don’t think I could’ve had a better Attorney for the emotional and financial stress a divorce brings on you.
